Privacy Policy

Million Mile Club ("we," "us") builds and manages credit card points strategies for our members. This policy explains what information we collect through millionmileclub.com and our member portal, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: hello@millionmileclub.com.

• What you tell us when you apply or join: your name, email, phone number, approximate credit score range, monthly spending range, the cards you already hold, your travel goals and preferences, and anything else you choose to write in a form or message.
• Information about your cards in the member portal: card names, application and open dates, credit limits, spending progress and bonus status that you or our team record. We never ask for card numbers, bank passwords or your Social Security number.
• Messages you send us through the portal, by email or on social media.
• Payment information is handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number.
• Usage information: pages you visit, the link that brought you here, and basic device and browser details, collected through cookies and similar tools (see below).

• To review your application and decide whether we're a good fit.
• To build, manage and update your points strategy, and to research and help book your trips.
• To run your member portal and send you round instructions, reminders and updates.
• To send our free guide and, if you sign up, occasional emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
• To understand which content and ads bring people to the site, and to improve it.
• To process payments and keep records we're required to keep.

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run Million Mile Club, and only as needed for that work:

• Hosting and data storage (Vercel, Supabase)
• Email (Google Workspace, Resend, Klaviyo)
• Scheduling (Calendly) and payments (Stripe)
• Analytics and advertising measurement (Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, Meta)
• Points tracking, if you choose to share an AwardWallet account with us

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of our members.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in to the member portal, to measure how the site is used (Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics), and to measure our ads (the Meta Pixel). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the portal won't work without them.

We keep member information for as long as your membership is active and for a reasonable period afterward, so we can answer questions and keep required records. Application information from people who don't join is kept for a limited time and then deleted or anonymized. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing emails. Email hello@millionmileclub.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we'll honor them.

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections and access controls to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we also limit what we collect: we never need your card numbers, bank logins or Social Security number to run your strategy.

Million Mile Club is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date below. For significant changes, we'll let members know by email or in the portal.
